Prateek holds Bhoomi Pooja for its Grand City project
Prateek Group organised Bhoomi Pooja for its latest housing project ‘Prateek Grand City’, at Siddharth Vihar, in Ghaziabad last Friday.
Attended by key stake holders of the project, including Prashant Tiwari, Chief Managing Director and Prateek Tiwari, Managing Director, Prateek Group, along with officials of the company, the occasion marked the formal launch of the project that was thrown open for bookings from next day onwards.
According to a press release, the project that offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes with luxurious amenities from Rs. 28 lakh upto Rs. 63 lakh (approx.), has garnered more than 1,000 booking since its formal launch.
Designed by internationally renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, Prateek Grand City is located alongside the proposed 14-lane NH 24 Expressway and is a 12-minute drive from Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. It offers the buyers ultra-luxury amenities like high speed elevators, gas pipeline, 24-hour power backup and water supply and much more. Also located within the township is a high-end international school, a hospital, a police station, all-covered car parking and high-end commercial and retail property.
