Speaking on the launch, Nitin Aggarwal, Managing Director, Prayag Polymers said, “Engineered for exceptional mechanical and hydraulic performance, Prayag PVC-O pipes offer higher impact resistance, enhanced ductility, superior hydrostatic strength and longer service life. At Prayag, innovation has always been at the heart of our operations and with the introduction of PVC-O pipes, we have contributed our bit in addressing the country’s infrastructure demands.”

Prayag PVC-O pipes are reliable choice for residential, commercial and industrial water systems. The launch of these pipes also reflect Prayag’s ongoing commitment to innovation, infrastructure development and sustainable growth. Apart from continuous upgrades to its production lines, the company has been scaling up its manufacturing capacity to meet rising demand for its products.

Backed by advanced molecular orientation technology, these pipes are made for a wide range of applications. Prayag PVC-O pipes are suitable for irrigation systems for agricultural lands, high-pressure water supply in residential and commercial buildings, besides fire hydrant networks and industrial usage, especially in food processing and pharmaceuticals.

The manufacturing of Prayag’s PVC-O pipes is based on molecular orientation. The technology significantly enhances the mechanical strength and flexibility. It ensures superior resistance to water hammer, biofilm formation and crack propagation even under extreme conditions.

Having a hydraulic capability 15 to 40 per cent greater than normal pipes, these pipes provide not only economical high-pressure water flow but also cost-effective installation by means of socketed connections. It also leads to lesser fittings, and easier backfilling. Prayag PVC-O pipes are made to function even in difficult ground and weather. They provide unbeatable strength and a lifespan greater than 100 years.
