Prescon and Manasum Senior Living Launch IKIGAI Goa 

New Delhi, December 17, 2024 : IKIGAI Goa by Prescon and Manasum Senior Living has officially inaugurated Goa’s first luxury senior living project. Located in the Kadamba Plateau, this 7.5-acre community with a total investment of approximately INR100 crore and sales realization is estimated to be INR150 crore.

The project includes a 35,000 sq. ft. private clubhouse. Over 140 of the 240 units have already been sold. The project is being developed in 2 phases. Phase 1 is handed over and residents have started moving-in. Senior living Services will be operational from 1st of January also the construction of Phase 2 is in full swing and will be handed in the quarter of 2025.
