Prescon Group and House of Hiranandani Announce a New Project ‘Belicia’ at Thane

Mumbai, April 15, 2024: Prescon Group, in collaboration with House of Hiranandani, has announced ‘Belicia’, a new residential project in Thane. The 48-storey tower spans 1.5 acres  with a RERA possession date slated for June 2028.

The project is situated on the Nitin Company Compound, Thane.
