Bengaluru, December 19, 2024: Primus Senior Living has announced the sell-out of its latest project, Primus Darpan, on Kanakapura Road in South Bengaluru, within just two weeks of its launch.
Founder & Managing Director of Primus Senior Living, Adarsh Narahari, said: “The overwhelming response to Primus Darpan reflects a significant shift, as seniors increasingly embrace the concept of independent, community-focused living that prioritizes their lifestyle, well-being, and evolving needs. By 2027, we aim to deliver 3,500+ senior living homes to meet the growing demand for high-quality senior living solutions.”
Primus Senior Living has a presence in Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata, and the company is now expanding to Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad. The senior living sector is undergoing a transformation, shifting from traditional care models to ‘Active Ageing’, a concept that enables seniors to lead independent, fulfilling lives.
