PropTiger online fest in tie-up with Godrej

Online real estate advisory firm PropTiger.com in association with Godrej Properties on Monday announced the launch of its online property festival –‘The Big Happiness Festival’.

According to a press release, the festival running from September 7 to 14 on www.proptiger.com and www.makaan.com is the first such event organised by an online real estate platform on such a large scale. The sales event will provide prospective homebuyers lucrative deals and discounts on home purchases across major cities such as Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune.

As part of the festival, Godrej Properties will be showcasing a number of its flagship projects such as Godrej Prana and Godrej Infinity (Pune), Godrej 101 (Gurgaon), Godrej Prakriti (Kolkata), Godrej Azure (Chennai), Godrej E City and Godrej United (Bangalore), Godrej Garden City (Ahmedabad) and Godrej Prime (Mumbai).

During the festival, properties can be booked online with a token amount of just Rs 20,000. The festival will showcase a number of top property deals in various cities and assure 100 per cent refund of booking money in case of change of decision within a time span of 15 days.
