Prozo Elevates Vaibhav Dhawan to Chief Operating Officer to Drive Integrated Tech & Operations

Gurugram, April 17, 2025: Full-stack supply chain company Prozo has announced that Vaibhav Dhawan, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), will also assume the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Effective April 1, 2025, Vaibhav has held both positions—COO and CTO—bringing a unified leadership approach to Prozo’s technology and operations strategy.
In his expanded role, Vaibhav will drive tighter alignment between Prozo’s technology roadmap and operational execution, enhancing agility, service quality, and responsiveness across client engagements. This strategic move underlines Prozo’s commitment to building a future-ready, SLA-driven supply chain ecosystem powered by deep technology integration.
Over the past eight years, Vaibhav has been instrumental in building and scaling Prozo’s proprietary tech stack, comprising ProOMS (order management system), ProWMS (warehouse management system), ProShip (transportation management system), and most notably the Prozo Control Tower, which ensures best-in-class SLA adherence and end-to-end supply chain visibility. His ability to bridge platform thinking with operational execution has significantly elevated client experience and delivery excellence positioning Prozo as a trusted partner to marquee brands across B2B, B2C, and D2C segments.

“Vaibhav has witnessed Prozo’s journey from its early days and has been the backbone of our tech evolution” said Dr. Ashvini Jakhar, Founder & CEO, Prozo. “His different perspective of finding tech interventions to solve day-to-day supply chain issues make him an ideal leader for the role. His expanded mandate will ensure sharper execution, faster decision-making, and continued innovation—all of which are central to delivering unmatched value to our clients.”

Vaibhav Dhawan, COO and CTO, Prozo, added, “Building Prozo’s tech platform from the ground up has been a deeply fulfilling journey. I am excited to now take on a broader role, where I can bring our technology and operations even closer together to serve our clients better. Prozo has always focused on solving real-world supply chain problems with agility, cost-effectiveness, and visibility and I look forward to accelerating that mission.”
With a growing national footprint of 2.2 million square feet across 40+ fulfillment centers in 14+ cities, and a logistics network covering 24,000+ pin codes, Prozo continues to redefine what modern, multi-channel, SLA-driven supply chains should look like. Vaibhav’s dual leadership is set to further accelerate Prozo’s mission.
