Raheja Developers Denies Malpractice, Affirms Project Delivery Amid ED Investigation

New Delhi, May 23, 2026: Raheja Developers has reaffirmed its commitment to homebuyers and stakeholders, clarifying that its operations and brand remain completely stable following recent searches conducted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
Addressing media reports regarding the alleged seizure of documents and provisional attachment of assets, the company stated that the ED acted in haste without referring to the actual facts of the matter. Expressing strong faith in the judiciary, the real estate firm maintained that justice will be delivered once the true facts are presented to prove that no money laundering or siphoning has occurred, Raheja Developers said in a press release.
The company strongly denied and opposed the allegations circulating in the public domain, reiterating that the organization has operated with the highest standards of ethics, statutory compliance, and corporate governance throughout its 36-year legacy. Leaders emphasized that there are absolutely no concerns regarding the operational stability of the brand, construction activities, or customer commitments, confirming that all business operations continue normally.
“With over 20 successfully completed projects and more than 8,000 delivered units, Raheja Developers has consistently honoured its commitments towards homebuyers and stakeholders. The company remains fully committed towards the timely execution and delivery of all ongoing projects,” the company stated.
Moving forward, the developer confirmed it is fully cooperating with the concerned authorities and will continue to place all relevant facts on record through the appropriate legal process to maintain the trust of its customers, investors, channel partners, and financial institutions.
“Despite challenges, Raheja Developers has always upheld strong value systems and has never indulged in any malpractice. We remain confident that the truth will prevail,” the statement added.
