Ralith Realty Launches 53-Acre Luxury Township in Panipat; 60% Inventory Sold
Panipat, September 2, 2026: Ralith Realty has launched Ralith Retreat, a 53.36-acre integrated luxury township in Sector 19A, Panipat. The development comprises 352 premium plots ranging from 183 to 800 sq. yds., with Phase 1 sold out and nearly 60% of the overall township inventory already booked. The self-funded project is targeted for total completion by December 2027, Ralith Realty said in a press release.
The master plan follows a Roman-style linear grid structure featuring wide RCC roads, a Grand Central Avenue finished with granite cobblestone, and planned spaces for villas, independent floors, and commercial hubs. Infrastructure features include gated round-the-clock security, sports arenas, an outdoor gym, sensory gardens, and an intent to plant over 2 lakh trees and shrubs. Located 1.5 km from GT Road, the site offers direct regional connectivity to Delhi, Karnal, and the proposed Delhi-Karnal RRTS corridor.
