Rayan Aranha appointed Vice President, Hospitality & Commercial, Brigade Group

Bengaluru, September 6, 2023: Brigade Group has announced the appointment of Rayan  Aranha  as Vice President – Hospitality & Commercial.  In his new role, Rayan will lead sales, marketing and strategic planning for the commercial vertical of Brigade Group and will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in asset management, revenues and operations. Additionally, at Brigade Hospitality, he will oversee the rapidly expanding range of projects and services which includes eight hotels currently operating in association with Marriott, Accor, and IHG.

Rayan previously held leadership positions at Accor. is most recent role was as Cluster General Manager, where he successfully managed a cluster of Novotel and ibis hotels in Chennai. He has also held the position of Cluster General Manager for Grand Mercure Bangalore and Grand Mercure Mysore, in addition to serving as the brand head for Grand Mercure and Mercure hotels in South Asia. Rayan’s journey in the hospitality sector also includes experience gained during his tenure at IHCL (Taj Hotels) at their regional office in Bangalore.

Rayan holds postgraduate degrees in management from prestigious institutions, including the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) and the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research Mumbai.
