RDash Partners With RICS India to Bring AI-Based Construction Management Into Classrooms
New Delhi, September 23, 2026: Construction technology firm RDash has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the RICS School of Built Environment to integrate artificial intelligence and digital construction management tools into higher education. Under the agreement, covering RICS-affiliated institutions across India, students will receive free access to RDash’s project management platform alongside orientation sessions, annual workshops, case study projects, and practical learning resources, RDash said in a press release.
The non-commercial initiative aims to train over 1,000 students annually, reaching more than 3,000 students during the three-year term. The collaboration focuses on equipping students with practical knowledge of AI-driven project management, real-time tracking, cost monitoring, and execution workflows before they enter the job market. The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice, reducing typical on-the-job software training periods for new hires from three months to around four weeks.
Over the course of the partnership, RDash and RICS plan to conduct more than 30 orientation sessions and workshops, alongside annual live project case studies where students will analyze and process real-world construction data. This initiative marks RDash’s second academic collaboration in 2026, following a similar partnership with NICMAR University in Hyderabad.
