Reliance Industries into Commercial RE

Mumbai: Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL), in a regulatory filing, has announced that it has entered the commercial real estate business. The has formed a 100% subsidiary named Reliance SOU Limited

 to “carry on the business of development of properties for commercial use”. 

The company has invested Rs 1 lakh in the equity shares of Reliance SOU.
