Greater Noida West stands out as the fastest-growing micro-market in Greater Noida in terms of demand. According to data from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) and Square Yards, in Q2, Noida Extension and Noida Central emerged as the top-performing micro-markets in Noida and Greater Noida’s residential sector. Together, they contributed 57 per cent of the total home sales value. The Indian retail market is equally promising, with projections estimating it to reach $1.1-1.3 trillion by 2025. The influx of office complexes, retail centers, and co-working facilities is reshaping the region’s commercial landscape. These developments not only cater to the growing demand for commercial spaces but also create employment opportunities and foster economic growth.

When comparing residential and commercial investments in Noida Extension, the key differences lie in their ROI potential and investor profile:
