RG Group launches second phase of its Luxury Homes

The RG Group on Tuesday kicked off the second phase of the RG Luxury Homes at Greater Noida West (Sector 16B) by launching three new towers in the project. The Group offers a total of 720 flats and an option to choose between 2BHK and 3BHK. The project is developed on a plot size of 18 acre.

According to a press release, with RG Luxury Homes, the Group continues its legacy of landscaped podium in Noida and Greater Noida.  A lush green landscaped garden withfloating garden and ample forest area are constructed at the height of 10 feet which provides a convenient experience for kids to play and elderly ones to rejuvenate in the lap of nature.

The Group provides flats integrated with all modern conveniences and utilities like attached balcony with each room, various world-class sports and recreational facilities, open air theatre, and a separate children’s play area.

The Group offers flats at the cost of built-up area only.The BSP for this phase is announced at Rs.4000 per sq/ft with an inaugural discount of Rs.200 per sq/ft. The possession of first phase at RG Luxury Homes is scheduled for September next year.
