Riverdale completes third phase of project

Riverdale Aerovista has announced the completion of the third phase of its residential project located off international airport road, next to Aerocity in Mohali.

Once the fourth and final phase is unveiled next month, it will become the first gated township, and also the first true environment-friendly township adjoining the Aerocity, said a press release.

Sanjeev Jindal, CEO of Riverdale Group, said, “Amid the rapid urbanisation and growing demands of energy, building a green township is not a choice but the Group’s commitment towards society. Riverdale Aerovista has on offer plots of varying sizes, ready-to-move-in 2+1, 3BHK and 3BHK with multi-utility additional room with attached washroom, with a plan to create free-hold premium duplex villas with servant accommodation, said the release.
