Roca awareness campaign on hygiene and sanitation issues
On the occasion of third World Toilet Day on Thursday, Roca pledged at its ‘Giant Commode’ at DLF Place, Saket, to raise awareness about key hygiene and sanitation issues.
According to a press release, Roca is committed to fulfillig the vision of providing sound sanitation facilities for common man. For every 50 pledges taken at ‘Giant Commode’, it will be donating 10 toilets to unprivileged section of society
During the celebrations, the company representatives spoke to mall visitors about the initiative and how their individual pledge towards hygiene will lead towards a hygienic and sanitised country. Pople were invited to make a pledge for hgiene and sanitation.
Speaking on the occasion, Pau Abelló Pellicer, MD, Roca Bathroom Products, said, “On this World Toilet Day, we have endeavoured to throw light on the importance of toilets by displaying a Giant Commode in the Capital. Through this initiative, Roca wishes to augment sensitisation amongst the common people about the kind of hygiene problems that the nation is going through”.
