RPS Group Secures RERA Approval for ₹110 Crore “RPS Azalea” Premium Plotting Project in Bahadurgarh
Bahadurgarh, April 10, 2024: Real estate developer RPS Group has received RERA certification for its latest premium plotting project, RPS Azalea, marking a significant milestone for the residential landscape in Sector 29, the company said in a press statement.
Spanning nearly 20 acres under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) scheme, the development represents a substantial ₹110 crore investment. The group, which brings over two decades of industry experience to the project, confirmed that construction is scheduled to begin immediately with a final delivery target set for 2027.
The development aims to provide an elevated lifestyle through a mix of spacious plots ranging from 125 to 180 square yards. This infrastructure allows for an approximate 20-minute commute to major hubs, including Delhi, Gurugram, and the Kharkhoda IMT Maruti center.
Further enhancing the area’s accessibility is the recently approved Railway Overbridge (ROB) on the Sankhol–Barahi Road, which is expected to significantly streamline local traffic and movement. With the regulatory green light from RERA now secured, RPS Azalea is positioning itself as a primary destination for investors and homebuyers looking to capitalize on Bahadurgarh’s rapid urban transformation.
