Runwal launches South Avenue at Dombivli

Runwal Group on June 24 announced the launch of ‘South Avenue’ at Runwal Gardens, at Dombivli East.

It is part of a 115-acre township that will feature multiple high-rise residential towers with 100+ amenities, said a press release.

The proposed 32 storey South Avenue will feature spacious 2 and 3-bed homes with starting price ofs Rs 50 lakh. The carpet areas of the apartments will range from 485 sqft to 910 sqft.
