Runwal unveils Sunflower at Runwal Bliss

Mumbai, February 11, 2022: Runwal Group announced the launch of a new residential tower – Sunflower, in their project Runwal Bliss located at Kanjurmarg East in Mumbai. This residential township is part of a much larger overall development. The new tower will be 50 storeys tall with approx. 275 apartments. It will comprise 3, 5 and 6 BHK luxury residences with carpet areas starting at 870 sq.ft.

A press release issued by the company says that the apartments at Sunflower will start at approx. Rs. 2.25cr and will offer flexible payment plans for added convenience. Phase 1 of the project is already scheduled for completion this year and construction of Sunflower is also in full swing.
