S Raheja Closes 2025 with ₹62.81-Cr Ultra-Luxury Penthouse Sale in Bandra
Mumbai, January 3, 2026: S Raheja marked the end of 2025 with the sale of its ultra-luxury penthouse at Evergreen located on Perry Road, Bandra at a whopping sum of INR 62.81 crore.
The transaction, executed and registered on December 15, 2025, ranks among the notable high-value residential deals concluded in Bandra last year and highlights the continued desire for rare, large-format homes in Mumbai’s most established luxury neighbourhoods.
Often described as a ‘villa in the sky’, the penthouse is distinguished by expansive private terraces and a double-height living area, offering scale and privacy seldom available within the city. With a RERA carpet area of 4,583 square feet, the deal reflects an effective value of approximately INR 1.37 lakh per square foot, placing it among the higher-priced residential transactions recorded in the Bandra micro-market.
The residence has been acquired by members of the Singh family, founders of Alkem Laboratories Ltd., underscoring the preference among India’s leading business families for bespoke, low-density homes in legacy locations.
