Mumbai, July 20, 2026: Real estate developer Sanghvi Realty has officially secured the Commencement Certificate (CC) from municipal authorities for Sanghvi Crystal, its upcoming G+19 premium residential tower situated on S.V. Road in Goregaon West. The issuance of the CC grants formal authorization for full-scale construction while assuring homebuyers of a fully compliant, MahaRERA-registered development under registration number PM1180002400050.
