SARE offers possession at Ashberry Homes in Amritsar

SARE Homes, a FDI-funded real estate developer, and Impact Projects Pvt. Ltd., a reputed developer of Punjab, have begun the process of providing possession of ready-to-move-in apartments of real estate project Ashberry Homes in Crescent Parc Township, Amritsar. According to a press release, 240 possessions have already been offered to customers.

Vineet Relia, Managing Director of SARE Homes, said, “Our flagship project in Amritsar is now ready and we are happy to say that once again we have met our commitment of providing possession on time. This is amongst our finest projects and we are confident the residents of the township will find their purchase a true value for their money.”

On the occasion, SARE Homes also announced an Assured Rental Plan for the benefit of prospective owners. As per the plan, the owners can make 100 per cent payment in 120 days of booking and avail monthly rentals from the developer for a period of 12 months, if they so desire..
