Sarvam Properties Appointed Strategic Sales Partner for Luxury Ghatkopar Project
Mumbai, June 29, 2026: Real estate advisory and sales organization Sarvam Properties has been appointed as the strategic sales partner for Anemone Heights, a premium residential development by Anemone Homes LLP located at Odion Signal on 90 Ft Road in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, Sarvam Properties said in a press release.
Under the new mandate, Sarvam Properties will take charge of the project’s sales strategy, marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and customer outreach. The partnership aims to support the market launch and accelerate sales for Anemone Homes’ inaugural luxury residential venture in the Ghatkopar micro-market.
Anemone Heights is designed as a single G+18-storey tower built on a 1,700-square-meter land parcel. The luxury development features spacious 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences with 10-foot ceiling heights and private decks, targeting homebuyers looking for larger living configurations and premium urban amenities.
The tower will feature a dedicated podium-level amenity zone that includes a 1,100-square-foot gymnasium, yoga room, banquet hall, open-to-sky dining area, indoor games room, salon, jacuzzi, sauna, and business lounge. The rooftop will offer additional facilities such as cabana seating, a senior citizen sit-out area, a jogging track, an open-air theatre, a café, and a juice bar. The property also incorporates a landscaped garden, a multipurpose court, and basement ramp surface parking.
Construction on the project is currently underway, with the two basement levels, ground floor, and plinth work completed. The development has an expected delivery timeline of December 2027. Project officials anticipate strong interest from affluent families, business owners, and professionals within the local Gujarati, Marwadi, and Jain communities, who traditionally favor the connectivity and social infrastructure of Ghatkopar.
