The launch event was attended by notable figures, including Vikram Muttanna, Managing Editor at Academy Newspapers Pvt. Ltd., alongside Lifebridge Group leadership including Rajagopal G. and Dr. Reema Naig, and Astor’s leadership team, represented by Hanumanth Rao and Abhinav. Spanning approximately 2.02 acres, the project involves an investment of over ₹80 crore. The Ground plus 8-floor development will house 112 residences engineered specifically for independent senior living, prioritizing natural light, ventilation, privacy, anti-skid flooring, and smooth, edge-free finishes. The layout also features select first-floor residences with extended private terraces and a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse dedicated to senior-centric wellness, dining, and social recreation.

Industry experts note that the establishment of Serene Sagara highlights an expanding national demand for purpose-built, professionally managed retirement communities as older demographics seek maintenance-free lifestyles. Mysuru’s strong healthcare infrastructure, green spaces, and relaxed quality of life have increasingly positioned the city as a prime destination for this emerging real estate segment, particularly for families whose children reside overseas or in other major metropolitan hubs.
