Sheker is V-P & Business Head, Commune Properties

South India’s realty developer Golden Gate Properties Ltd on Wednesday announced the appointment of Sheker Sundhara Rajan as Vice-President and Business Head to lead and manage the entire Commune vertical, specialising in affordable luxury homes.

A release issued by the company said Sheker comes with a vast experience in real estate sector and is an expert at project planning, execution and management. In his current role he will be responsible to lead the growth of Commune Properties and chart out the development strategies for the company. He will oversee the entire operations and management and will focus on resource and productivity optimization.
