Mumbai, August 12, 2025: Shivayogi Hiremath, Chief Projects Officer, The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), has been honoured with the CREDAI-MCHI Construction Excellence Award 2025-Construction Legend: Lifetime of Excellence in Mumbai.

The award honours veterans of construction whose outstanding contributions have spanned decades, combining strategic sourcing, cost optimisation and long-term vendor partnerships to drive project success while establishing gold standards for industry practices. It recognises unwavering integrity, exceptional foresight and the ability to create systems that stand the test of time—showcasing how construction can evolve from a function into a strategic driver of business transformation.

A BE civil graduate from Karnataka University, Hiremath brings over three decades of experience, having led landmark projects, including India’s first high-rise building, a 10 mn sq ft single-location development and several skyscrapers in Mumbai.

Abhinandan Lodha, Chairman, HoABL, said, “Shivayogi ji being recognised by MCHI-CREDAI is a proud moment not just for him but for the entire team at The House of Abhinandan Lodha.”

He added, “A developer is ultimately known by the quality of the product delivered to customers, and the person who brings that vision to life here is Shivayogi ji. He has been an invaluable asset, ensuring every project is delivered ahead of schedule while upholding the exceptional quality we stand for.”

Leaders in construction rarely stand in the spotlight, he further added, yet they are among the most critical in shaping a developer’s reputation through the calibre of their work. “On behalf of everyone at HoABL, I extend my heartfelt thanks to MCHI-CREDAI for honouring his contribution.”
