Noida-based Shree KB Group has announced a major leasing milestone for its flagship commercial project, KB Mart, securing tenancies for over 75% of its retail inventory. The 2,90,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development, located in Knowledge Park-II, has rapidly emerged as a premier retail and lifestyle destination, attracting a high-profile mix of international and domestic brands, the company said in a press statement.

Strategically positioned on a 2.3-acre site with a rare four-side open layout, KB Mart boasts a landmark frontage directly opposite the India Expo Centre & Mart. The project is designed to integrate high-street retail, a vibrant food court, and premium studio apartments.
