Signature Global Awards Rs 920 Crore Construction Contracts for ‘Sarvam at DXP Estate’
New Delhi, August 9, 2026: Signature Global has awarded construction contracts worth Rs 920 crore to two companies for its premium housing project, ‘Sarvam at DXP Estate’, located in Sector 37D along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, it said in a press release.
The contracts have been split equally, with KEC International Limited receiving Rs 460 crore and NCC Limited securing Rs 460 crore to ensure execution of the development. KEC International Limited will construct six residential towers, while NCC Limited will construct five residential towers, both within a 36-month timeframe. Together, the 11 towers will comprise 1,798 residential units across a total development area of approximately 5 million square feet. Construction work is expected to commence by the end of the third quarter of FY27.

Located on the Dwarka Expressway, ‘Sarvam at DXP Estate’ offers connectivity to Delhi, Indira Gandhi International Airport, Cyber City, and other key commercial and social hubs within the integrated DXP Estate ecosystem. Spread across 13.55 acres, the project comprises 3 and 4 BHK residences designed to combine contemporary luxury with a wellness-first approach.
The project is designed as a Vastu-conscious and IGBC Platinum-certified development, incorporating optimal tower orientation, apartment layouts, landscaped open spaces, natural light, and cross-ventilation inspired by the five elements of nature to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
To build out its lifestyle ecosystem, Signature Global has partnered with sports and leisure club management firm Ileseum Clubs.
