Signature Global launches Synera project in Gurgaon
Real estate developer Signature Global has come up with an affordable housing project Synera at Sector 81 in Gurgaon.
The project will be mainly targeted towards the middle class segment which is a rarity in Gurgaon with property prices soaring. The company feels that developing value-based housing project in the heart of city like Gurgaon is a “courageous approach to enter the realty market.”
According to a press release, Synera complex is an unmatched residential opportunity. Being developed in conjunction with the Government of Haryana, the apartments in the complex will be allotted by draw of lots. The company is planning to offer 1 & 2BHK apartments with features like zero maintenance for five years as per HUDA affordable policy, provision for power and water back-up, a community hall and a creche in the society and an exclusive children’s play area.
