Signature Global launches two projects in Gurugram

Real estate firm Signature Global has launched two projects, Signature Global City 81 and Signature Global City 92, in Sector 81 and Sector 92 of Gurugram.

Spread over an area of 11.97 acres, Signature Global City 81 will offer a green luxury life within a plotted residential complex with premium independent floors, said a press release. Signature Global City 92 is a 19.48-acre project out of which 10.3 acres will be developed in the first phase of development, it added.

Both the projects offer four premium independent floors with parking in stilt and a dedicated lift on each plot. The independent floors will offer a personal space along with opportunity to experience a luxury society life, said the release further.

Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global Group, said, “During the pandemic people’s needs have changed, they want open green spaces around their home with possible amenities within the vicinity. Also a need for extra space has risen due to the work-from-home culture these days. We are making these changes happen in our new projects.”
