Signature Global receives occupation certificate for ‘The Serenas’

Gurugram, 1^st April 2022: Real estate developer, Signature Global group has received occupation certificate (OC) for its 6th project Signature Global ‘The Serenas’ located in Sector-36, Sohna, South of Gurugram. A press release issued by the company says that in due course, the home buyers will be able to complete the possession formalities. Designed by Padma Bhushan architect Hafeez contractor, this is Hafeez’s first affordable project in Signature Global.

There are 1304 units in the project spread across 9.77 acres in 1BHK and 2BHK configurations.
