Sikka Karmic Greens offered for possession

Sikka Group, a leading realty major of Delhi NCR has received Occupancy Certificate for its renowned project – Sikka Karmic Greens. The project strategically located in the heart of Noida, Sector 78, just opposite to fully inhabited Sector – 50 and located at the close vicinity to the upcoming metro station has been offered for possession, thus benefiting thousand of buyers.

The group housing project has already received Occupancy Certificate for its group housing project Sikka Karmic Greens from the Noida Authority and has thus been offered for possession. There was no amount raised to any buyer for the stamp duty. In the whole process, the group hasn’t taken any amount from the buyers for the registry till date. However once received the amount, the registration will be done within the stipulated time.

Sikka Group recently announced an investment of Rs 150 crores majorly focusing on giving possessions in FY 2018 -19. The group is now majorly focusing on delivering homes at all of its Noida projects. The group has not only gained heights in residential and commercial segment but is also a distinguished business entity in the industry of automobiles and hospitality sector, the conglomerate is in the process of developing & operating 5-star hotels, service apartments, business & boutique hotels under its wings.

We are inviting applications from everyone and whoever pays the stamp duty, we will get the registry done for them at least for the first set of people for which the numbers have already been announced.
