Sikka to deliver 200 homes by year-end

Sikka Group has set a target of delivering 200 homes by the end of this year.

The real estate company plans to deliver a total of 492 homes in Dehradun’s Doon IT Park housing project Sikka Kimaya Greens and Sikka Kingston Greens in Hathibarkala. About 200 houses in these projects will be given by the end of the current year, said a company press release.

Harvinder Singh Sikka, MD of Sikka Group, said, “Dehradun is a rapidly emerging market for the real estate sector and is expected to witness rapid demand for homes in the market in the coming times. The development projects proposed here and being nominated under the Smart City Mission will increase demand for houses in this city and will make it an important market for the property sector.”
