Founded by brothers Rushabh Vora and Sahil Vora, the platform plans to utilize the newly raised capital along with internal accruals to invest Rs 500 crore over the next two years in acquiring land and new projects. The expansion will focus on luxury residential developments in South Mumbai and Alibaug, as well as commercial projects in central and upcoming secondary business districts across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The increased capital base is also intended to help the company attract additional institutional capital through asset-level partnerships and dedicated investment platforms.

SILA entered real estate development in 2019 and currently has over 1.5 million square feet under development, with a gross development value exceeding Rs 3,000 crore. The development arm leverages operational data and experience from SILA Services, its business services division, which manages over 450 million square feet and has advised on real estate transactions worth more than Rs 25,000 crore.

Sahil Vora, Founder of SILA, said, “We are excited to partner with Norwest again. Their last investment was an inflection point in the journey of our Services business; we hope this one will be the same for our Real Estate Development business. Our plan is to stay within the guardrails we have set for ourselves, be prudent in how we deploy capital, and scale this business steadily over the next few decades.”

No one is better positioned for the long-term opportunity that the Mumbai Metropolitan Region has to offer as one of India’s most compelling real estate markets.”

Founded in 2010, SILA operates across 600 cities, employs over 60,000 professionals, and manages facilities, real estate advisory, and food services alongside its property developments. In April 2026, its services arm raised Rs 1,000 crore from Permira and family offices associated with Godrej, JSW, Lodha, and Sattva.
