Singer Stebin Ben Purchases Mumbai Apartment For ₹6.67 crore

Mumbai, January 9, 2025: Singer and performer Stebin Ben, along with his family members Ben Alexander and Jyotsna Ben, has recently purchased a duplex residential apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra locality. According to registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, Ben acquired the duplex in the Iconic 7 Co-op Housing Society for INR6.67 crore.
Bandra is renowned for its vibrant culture, luxurious residential developments, and close proximity to Mumbai’s entertainment and commercial hubs, making it a preferred choice for celebrities and business elites. With this purchase, Stebin Ben joins Rahul Krishna Vaidya, Suniel Shetty and Janhvi Kapoor, who have also chosen Bandra as their residence.
As per Square Yards, the duplex apartment spans a carpet area of 1484 sq. ft (~137.87 sq. m) and a built-up area of 165.5 sq. m (~1,782 sq. ft). The property includes two dedicated car parking spaces, each measuring 11.15 sq. m (~120.02 sq. ft). The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of INR40.02 lakh along with a registration fee of INR30,000. The registration for the property was finalized in January 2025.
