SKA Forays In Luxury Housing: Launches SKA Destiny One in Greater Noida, To Invest Rs 592 Crores

New Delhi, April 24, 2024: NCR based real estate developer, SKA Group announced its foray into the luxury segment and launched SKA Destiny One, its maiden luxury residential project located in Sector Zeta 1 in Greater Noida. The company is investing Rs 592 crores in the project.

SKA Destiny One offers 3 and 4 BHK units starting from a 1603 sq ft area. The basic sales price starts from Rs 9,500 per sq ft. It will be developed on approximately 6 acres of land. The land is purchased from the Greater Noida Authority and the entire land price is paid up. The will be ready in 5 years, and possession will be offered in 2029.

The project will comprise 645 units spreading vertically in 3 towers (Alpha, Beta and Gama). Alpha will have 34 floors, while Beta and Gama will each have 32 floors. Alpha Tower will have 133 units, while the Beta and Gama towers will have 256 units each. Approximately 1% of the constructed area will be dedicated to commercial activities. 

SKA Destiny One, an IGBC Certified project, will be known for its upscale amenities, meticulously designed common areas, green building feature, an aspirational club, swimming pool, fitness centre, manicured lawn and state-of-the-art security.
