SKA Gp receives OC for SKA Metro Ville
Noida: Real estate developer SKA Group received Occupation Certificate (OC) for its project, SKA Metro Ville, located in Sector-ETA-II, Greater Noida. A press release issued by the company says that the buyers of the project will be able to take the possession in due course of time. Metro Ville project is an IGBC pre certified Gold Rating Project acknowledging the pro-green developments in the offering.

OC has been received for 536 units, including Aster, Orchid and 36 commercials. The Metro Ville project offers luxury residential units of 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 3 BHK+ study configurations. It provides excellent connectivity to essential hubs and centres and has a vital location. The project has been designed by Kailash Chander Aggarwal and has a total of 1062 units.
