SMR Holdings announces the advance launch of Towers Hamilton, Logan and Shivalik at SMR Vinay ICONIA

Hyderabad: SMR Holdings announced the advance launch of 3 new towers Hamilton (80% completed), Logan (60% completed), and Shivalik (30% completed) at ‘SMR Vinay ICONIA – The Urban Retreat’, located at Kondapur, Gachibowli.  The Project is spread over 22 Acres with 11 towers. A press release issued by the company says that 2 phases of nearly 1100 apartments are already handed over, in which 500 families are living.
