SNN Estates Launches ‘Duomont’ Ultra-Luxury Residential Project in Bengaluru with ₹500 Crore Revenue Target

Bengaluru, June 16, 2026: Real estate developer SNN Estates has announced the launch of Duomont, an ultra-luxury residential development situated at Kudlu Junction on Hosur Main Road. Marking a major strategic expansion into South Bengaluru’s highly coveted ultra-luxury housing corridor, the exclusive project is projected to generate an estimated revenue potential of ₹500 crore, SNN Estates said in a press release.

The high-end development will feature a limited collection of 114 exclusive residences spread across four towers. Catering heavily to the premium housing market, prices for the units start at ₹4.5 crore onwards. The project boasts expansive configurations ranging from 3 BHK to massive 6 and 8 BHK homes, spanning anywhere from 2,810 square feet to over 7,110 square feet.

Promoted as a first-of-its-kind offering in South Bengaluru, Duomont introduces double-height living and dining spaces alongside expansive double-height balconies. The development also includes beautifully landscaped grounds, a state-of-the-art clubhouse, and a signature roof deck complete with an infinity-edge pool. The project has already secured its regulatory clearances, being fully BBMP-sanctioned and RERA-registered, with final completion scheduled by the end of 2030.

Market analysts note that the project’s unique 6 and 8 BHK residences directly address a persistent supply gap in South Bengaluru by providing genuinely large homes. These layouts offer dedicated spaces for parents, children, staff, and home offices within the very corridor where the target demographic already lives and works. With only two residences per floor, Duomont is aimed squarely at senior executives, technology entrepreneurs, and returning NRIs who require multi-generational functionality rather than just a standard large apartment.

Duomont serves as the direct successor to SNN Clermont, the company’s landmark ultra-luxury development in Hebbal, North Bengaluru, which previously set benchmarks for large-format premium housing in the city. SNN Clermont was the first project in the developer’s Mont Series, featuring five iconic 40-storey towers that were completely sold out by 2025 at a price of ₹18,000 per square foot. SNN Estates is leveraging that success as South Bengaluru and the Hosur Road corridor undergo a structural shift, seeing a heavy concentration of high-net-worth professionals driving demand for elite products.
