Sobha launches boutique homes in South Bengaluru
Real estate player Sobha Limited has launched boutique homes – ‘SobhaClovelly’ at Padmanabhanagar in Bengaluru.
Set over three acres of land space, SobhaClovelly introduces the boutique living concept at Bengaluru whereby each resident benefits from being part of a contemporary, stylish and exclusive development.
According to a press release, these boutique living spaces are unique in design and possess a definite and distinct style. Sobha Clovelly stands tall along a geographical ridge, thus capitalising on the beautiful vistas of the city’s skyline, the release said.
Speaking about the new project, JC Sharma, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Sobha Limited, said: “We are happy to launch our first-of-its-kind boutique homes project in Padmanabhanagar, an upscale locality of South Bengaluru. This new project will certainly be a trendsetter in Bengaluru’s real estate market and an apt one for customers looking to move beyond apartment-style structures and explore newer ways of modern living.”
With spacious living area amid parks, these boutique-styled homes from the house of Sobhaoffer 137 ultra-luxurious homes comprising 3BHK apartments and 4BHK duplex apartments. With over 50 per cent of the tower’s facade being glass, ultimate panoramic views become achievable.
Architecturally the building consists of two towers connected by the main entrance drop off and lobby. The common facilities have been designed to provide a recreational experience on a par with a luxury boutique resort.
The common facilities include an elevated infinity swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga studio, badminton court and multipurpose hall.
