Spaze Group leases out space to OYO in its commercial project, Spaze Palazo

Gurugram: Real estate group, Spaze, has leased out large office space to OYO in its commercial establishment, Spaze Palazo, located in Sector 69, Gurugram. According to a press release issued by the company, OYO will establish its corporate office in Spaze Palazo and will also look to expand in the same building.

The possession of the space by OYO will also take place soon.

The Spaze Group is offering retail spaces of approx. 55,000 sq ft and 65,000 sq ft super area on the ground and first floors. While second to twelfth floors in Spaze Palazo is dedicated to office spaces of approx. 18,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft super area each.
