Spectrum@Metro hosts vibrant morning of wellness and family bonding
Noida, June 23, 2026: In a vibrant celebration combining health, mindfulness, and family bonding, Spectrum@Metro in Sector 75, Noida, successfully hosted a special event to mark International Yoga Day and Father’s Day. Held at the mall premises in association with the Anand Kunj Rajyoga Meditation Centre, the morning gathering drew an enthusiastic crowd of visitors and local families who came together to embrace wellness, positivity, and shared experiences, Spectrum@Metro said in a press release.
The event, which ran from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, featured a diverse line-up of activities designed to promote both physical and mental well-being. Participants engaged in guided yoga sessions, energetic dancing yoga and Zumba, Pranayam, Yoga Nidra, and calming Rajyog meditation sessions. To complement the wellness theme, attendees received complimentary health check-ups conducted by medical experts from Medanta, while fathers and their families enjoyed specially curated engagement activities. The celebratory atmosphere was further enhanced by the distribution of free T-shirts and healthy refreshments to all community participants.
