Spenta Group launches luxury residential tower Passcode Legasea in Matunga

Mumbai, February 16, 2022: Spenta Group announced the launch of ‘Passcode Legasea’ in Matunga, Mumbai. Passcode Legasea is a luxury residential project and is being developed in association with Anchor Properties of Mumbai.
According to press release issued by the company, the proposed 43 storey tower will comprise of only 4 units on each floor with a carpet area ranging from 712 – 787 sq. ft. for 2BHK and 1140 sq. ft. for 3BHK. Pricing starts from Rs 2.99Cr and goes up to Rs 5.89Cr for 2BHK’s and 3BHK’s respectively.
The project is MahaRERA registered.

Speaking on the launch of the new project, Farshid Cooper, Managing Director, Spenta Group said, “This seemed like an opportune time for us to launch our luxury project in the central hub of Mumbai, Matunga. In terms of connectivity, the residential property is located close to Bandra Worli Sea Link providing connectivity to South Mumbai to Western and Eastern Suburbs. Commercial hubs of BKC and Lower Parel are also well linked. Upcoming Metros and will also provide connectivity.
