Spenta launches new tower at Ornata project

Spenta Corporation has announced the launch of a new tower, Amber, as a part of its new project Ornata, at Chembur in Mumbai.
The real estate firm will be developing the new tower in association with Sabari Group of Mumbai, said a press release.
Ornata, it said, will offer fully-furnished 1BHK and 2BHK residencies starting from Rs 76 lakh and Rs 1.15 crore. The proposed 26-storied tower will comprise eight units on each floor.
Boasting a stunning and unobstructed view of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and smooth connectivity to Eastern Express Highway and Santacruz-Chembur Link Road, the project will be packed with social amenities like schools, colleges, hospitals, malls and eateries, added the release.
