Spring House Workspaces Reports Robust Q2 FY25 Growth, Expands Across NCR

Gurugram, October 29, 2025: Comminity-driven workspace brand Spring House Workspaces has announced strong financial and operational performance for the second quarter of FY25 (July-September 2025), driven by expansion across Delhi NCR and improved operational efficiency.
During Q2 FY25, the company reported 46–61 per cent revenue growth compared to the same period last year and recorded a twofold improvement in EBITDA, reflecting disciplined cost management and sustainable growth across its business verticals. In the same quarter, Spring House Workspaces expanded its footprint with the launch of new centers in Janakpuri (B1/622) and Southern Park Mall, Saket, New Delhi taking its total operational centers to 25+ across Delhi NCR. The company also announced plans to further scale operations with upcoming launches in Noida and Gurugram.
To support this growth, the company strengthened its team across Community, Sales, IT, and Operations, ensuring enhanced service delivery and member experience. Spring House Workspaces is also investing in technology-led workspace management systems, aimed at optimizing operations and offering seamless experiences to members through digital innovation.
