Sri Lotus Developers and Realty’s IPO to Open on July 30, Price Band Set at ₹140-₹150

Mumbai, July 24, 2025: Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited has fixed the price band of INR 140-INR150 per equity share of face value INR 1 each for its maiden initial public offer (IPO).
The IPO will open on July 30 and close on August1. Investors can bid for a minimum of 100 equity shares and in multiples of 100 equity shares thereafter. A discount of INR 14 per equity shares is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.
The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of shares up to INR 792 crore with no offer for sale component.
Sri Lotus Developers and Realty is a developer of residential and commercial premises in Mumbai with a focus in redevelopment projects in the ultra-luxury segment and luxury segment in the western suburbs under the “Lotus Developers” brand. The projects are divided into three categories: greenfield, redevelopment and joint development.
As of June 30, the company has completed developable area of 0.93 million square feet consisting of both residential and commercial properties.
The developments focus primarily on ultra-luxury and luxury residential properties and commercial properties through construction and development of 2BHK and 3 BHK flats with a price range of INR 3 crore to INR 7 crore (luxury residential segment); construction and development of 3BHK, 4 BHK and 4+ BHK flats and penthouses with a price of above INR 7 crore (ultra luxury residential segment together with the luxury residential segment as the residential segment); and construction and development of commercial offices (commercial segment).
As of June 30, the company has 4 completed Projects, 5 ongoing projects and 11 upcoming projects.
The company is expanding its reach into other micro-markets in southern and central regions of Mumbai, such as Nepean Sea Road and Prabhadevi, and eastern suburbs of Mumbai, such as Ghatkopar.
Sri Lotus Developers and Realty’s revenue from operations increased by 19.09 pf cent from INR 461.57 crore in FY24 to INR 549.68 crore in FY25 primarily due to an increase in sales of projects and sale of services. Profit after tax increased by 90.21 per cent in profit after tax from INR 119.81 crore in FY24 to INR 227.89 crore in FY25.
Monarch Networth Capital Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited are the book-running lead managers, and KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar of the issue.
The issue is being made through the book-building process, wherein not more than 50 per cent of the net issue shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to qualified institutional buyers, not less than 15 per cent of the net issue shall be available for allocation to non-institutional bidders and not less than 35 per cent of the net issue shall be available for allocation to retail individual bidders.
