Mohali, October 26, 2026: Residential real estate project Highland Mayfields, situated in Sector 118 on Airport Road, Mohali, has received Approved Project Finance (APF) status from the State Bank of India (SBI), according to a press release.

The approval was formally recognized during a ceremony held at the project site, where senior SBI officials—including Manmeet Chhabra, General Manager, Kajal Kumar Bhomick, Deputy General Manager, and Neeraj Bhalla, Assistant General Manager—presented the project approval certificate to the Highland Mayfields team.

SBI follows a stringent due diligence process before granting APF status to any real estate development. Located on the Airport Road (PR-7) corridor, Highland Mayfields is among the projects approved by the bank for home loans. Construction on the site is currently underway, with delivery scheduled for 2027. The approval offers prospective homebuyers an additional financing avenue through India’s premier public sector lender.

Commenting on the milestone, Vishal Goyal, Director, Highland Mayfields, said, “We are pleased to receive project approval from the State Bank of India. For many homebuyers, financing is an important part of the decision to purchase a home, and this approval gives eligible buyers another option to explore. We see this as a positive step for Highland Mayfields and remain focused on making the homebuying process more accessible and convenient for our customers.”

Highland Mayfields continues to develop its residential presence in Sector 118 on Airport Road, where location, regional connectivity, and reliable financing options remain central considerations for buyers.
