Stonecraft Group Launches PGA-Standard Golf Facility in Hyderabad
New Delhi / October 24, 2024: Stonecraft Group, an integrated biophilic real estate developer, launched a PGA-standard America-branded golf facility in collaboration with AIVOT Golf & Sports Management Pvt Ltd, the exclusive golf facility and development partner of the PGA of America in India. Located in Hyderabad, this debut PGA-branded course in South India will feature an 18-hole championship course spread across over 200 acres. In addition to the golf course, the development will include top-tier amenities that cater to the growing demand for integrated luxury living and sports, attracting both local and international attention, Stonecraft Group said in a statement.
This golf course in Hyderabad, featuring a PGA of America-branded design, aims to meet world-class standards and provide high-quality facilities for both professional and amateur golfers. It includes a clubhouse equipped with various amenities, dining options, and a pro shop, creating a comprehensive experience for visitors. A golf academy on-site offers player development programs led by PGA professionals. The course is designed with eco-friendly principles, implementing sustainable practices to preserve the natural landscape while enhancing India’s golfing landscape, the statement added.
The project emphasizes sustainability through green building practices and the Miyawaki Technique, contributing to local environmental goals.
