Superco Launches Community-Driven Coworking Centre Focused on Energy-Driven Productivity
Greater Noida, February 21, 2026: Superco has announced the launch of its community-driven coworking centre built around a simple idea: productivity improves when professionals manage their energy as intentionally as they manage their time. This has been developed with a capital investment of approximately ₹12 crore.
Designed for the way modern professionals operate, superco supports structured deep work, meaningful collaboration, and deliberate recharge within a single integrated environment. superco is not a traditional coworking space. It is a next-generation coworking centre that integrates premium work infrastructure with thoughtfully designed spaces that help members sustain focus and maintain performance across the workday.
Located at Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza Mall, Sector 4, the 27,000+ sq. houses approximately 400 seats across multiple workspace formats and price points. This includes three large open-seat zones, six private offices offering between one and six seats each, fully equipped meeting rooms, and dedicated meeting pods designed for two to three-person concentrated discussions.
For professionals who want to experience the environment before making a longer commitment, superco also offers Discovery Seats on a per-day basis. The space has been created to support different energy levels throughout the day. High-quality workstations and private offices enable uninterrupted execution. Meeting rooms and compact meeting pods facilitate focused conversations and structured collaboration.
Active reset areas form a key part of the ecosystem. Members have access to cricket nets, bowling, pool, snooker, table tennis, PlayStation gaming, and arcade setups designed to deliver quick energy resets that support sustained output at work.
The company is targeting 88–90 per cent stabilised occupancy within the first three months of operations, translating into projected annual revenue of approximately ₹15 crore at steady state. The operating strategy focuses on optimising seat yield, driving operating leverage, and diversifying revenue streams beyond traditional desk rentals.

Commenting on the launch, Vikram Narula, Managing Director, Superco Launches, said: “When you enter your workspace, it should give you energy, not take it away. superco is our answer to that. It’s not a coworking space with add-ons, and it’s not a gaming center with desks. It’s a completely new category. We built superco to solve a modern problem: people are productive but disconnected, busy but burnt out. superco brings work, play, and community under one roof in a way that productivity is no longer a result of working harder, it will be about working happier.”
Superco prioritises freelancers, founders, startups, corporate teams, and independent professionals who seek a high-performance environment that adapts to their work rhythms. Members can move seamlessly between execution, discussion, recovery, and collaboration without stepping outside the workspace.
Superco plans to expand across key urban markets, setting a new benchmark in community-led coworking.
