Supertech Commences Delivery of Nova Residences in Tallest Towers of North India

Delhi NCR, 17^th Aug 2018: Supertech, India’s leading real estate player today announced that it has commenced delivery of Nova Residences in their landmark project “Supernova” located at Sector 94, Noida. In the first phase, the Company has completed “Nova East” and “Nova West” Towers.

Committed to ensure timely completion and delivery for its projects, Supertech aims to complete the first phase of handover by Aug 2018, fully-furnished with all features in the luxurious flats in Nova Residences & Pent Houses.

These 44 storey Residential Towers are having 180 mtrs. height facing water front of Yamuna Reservoir. Structure has been designed by Buro Happold (London) conforming to requirements of Seismic Zone-4, and Foundation designed on 10’-00” ft. thick of Raft with 4 ft. Dia Pile of 132 Ft. depth.

Each apartment is fully Air Conditioned and fitted with high tech kitchens. Every apartment have 360 Degree panoramic view, and Pent Houses also. Developed on the picturesque Yamuna water front reservoir, Supernova Metro Station is also passing through the project. Nova towers are equipped with dedicated destination controlled imported Lifts having 4 mps. Speed.
